About the center
The Resource and Training Center (located at the ASSABIL office in Ras al-Nabah) was created to serve as a comprehensive repository of resources for librarians, teachers, writers, illustrators, publishers, animators, and other practitioners who work to promote reading, books, and children’s literature.
Books and Resources
The Resource and Training Center has a continuously growing collection of books and resources available for loan to librarians, teachers, educators, and researchers. The collection includes:

Reference material on library management, design of library spaces, building collections, and library activities.

Reports on issues related to human rights, education, and childhood in Lebanon and the Arab region.

Guides on organizing activities for children.
